First of all, before the birthday congratulatory wishes come, I'd like to say that I am banging my head against the wall for not writing a post on 11/11/11. I mean, seriously! Bloggers all over the world probably did it, but noooo, I had to forget about my blog completely. Dope. Dope. Dope. Maybe I'll lie and change my time zone so that it'll do something. Wait. That won't work at all. Doh.Doh. Doh. Once in a century. A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to have a nice, shiny number on my blog and I completely screw it up. Doh. Doh. Doh.
Anyway, I'd like to wish a VERY happy birthday to my lovely mommy! (Yes, I still call her that.) Love you lots. :D x x
I'm going to write after this and wallow in some more self-pity. We're throwing a surprise birthday party for my mom when she comes home from work.
Is it weird to comment practically a month later? Anywho...
ReplyDeleteI forgot to post on 11/11/11 too. Guess there's always next years's 12/12/12 (but that's not nearly as awesome).
:)
Anyway, tell your mom... hmm.... tell your mommy that a total stranger who found your blog through another blog (the amazing internet) that I wish her a happy belated birthday. A really, really, REALLY, belated birthday.
And if you read Dork Diaries (by Rachel Renee Russel), I quote Nikki: "So I'll jsut wallow is some mroe self-pity. Because for some reason that always makes me feel better."
Or you quote her. Either way.
:)
Oops, I spelled 'jsut' wrong. Haha, I mean just. Me and my horrible spelling. And I want to grow up to be a writing/novelist! Sad really.
ReplyDeleteAnd I guess me and my horrible grammar got the better of me when I was talking about how I found your blog. The amazing internet is not a blog if that's not clear because it would not be clear to me if I was a different person and saw that comment.
Hmm, maybe I should stop rambling and looking at blogs (no matter how fun it is) and get a start on my history homework....
x_x
Gotta love school. Gotta love sarcasm.

AH! And I see you did the NaNoWriMo!!! Hey, you got one more word than me.
ReplyDelete:)
AH! SORRY! I'LL GET BACK TO HOMEWORK NOW!!!
But I shall be back...
:)
Haha, hope that doesn't sound to stalkerish.
:)
NEVER MIND! I'll get back to homework now.
:)
OH MY GOSH!! EMMA!! HI!! :D :D :D :D
ReplyDeleteI've always wanted to meet/talk to you! *shakes Emma's hand* You're super-famous in my world (the Wizard101 Blogosphere world).
Thanks for wishing my mom a happy birthday and thanks for visiting my blog! I've been reading your blog/stalking its posts for a while now but I've been too shy/lazy to comment.
I've read the first Dork Diaries (thought it was hilarious) but I have to read the second one.
And your grammar's great! It's a LOT better than most people around your age. I think you're a terrific writer and your grammar will improve, don't worry c:
(Shh, I'm doing homework...)
ReplyDeleteAND HI!!
*Shakes Cori's hand back*
Wow, my day just got even more fantabulawesome!!!
Don't read Dork Diaries 3.5 unless you get it hard copy. I got it on my kindle and it was like how to make your diary dorky and I couldn't do anything cause, well, it was on my kindle! *slaps forehead*
And it's always awesome to here another blogger say they follow your blog. In my world, it's what makes the world spin (that and smoothies, watermelon and my dog) and of course Wiz101.
:)
And don't be shy when you want to comment on another bloggers blog. I know how it feels to want to (on Kestrel's blog).
And BTW, I would follow you blog but the follower button is stupid with me so....
Oh well. I'll try and when I get I got and it's all cool.
8)
And when I find your writing (and then find time to read it) I’ll read and I’m sure it’ll be awesome.
Oh, and I love your name also (missingllama). That’s so cool! I’ll have to find a way to put that phrase in a book of mine. Someone says: “The llama’s missing!” or “Llama? Missing? A missing llama?”
:)
And thanks about the grammar. A few years ago my English teacher complained that someone put a 'u' as 'you' and Uncapitalized 'I's'. Sad isn't. Out world falling into the age of texting.
